Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in the warehouse operations, ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. The position offers competitive starting wages of $25.75 per hour and a range of benefits for eligible employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues to management.

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds at various heights.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
