Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in receiving, sorting, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring that orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
