2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. As a Full-Time employee, you will work an average of 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise.
• Perform cleaning duties and assist in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Act independently within responsibilities.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, resilience, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Interpret policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures.
