2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling merchandise within the warehouse, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining warehouse appearance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks and inventory counts.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work within a team and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
