2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing and loading merchandise, participating in warehouse inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse appearance standards. You will collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership to ensure effective communication and exchange of information.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt positively to challenges and changes.
• Drive for success and efficiency.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
