2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, following safety protocols and contributing to the efficiency of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines for storage and shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with warehouse leadership.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality or safety concerns.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adapt positively to challenges and work effectively within a team.
• Ability to follow instructions, work in varying temperatures, and operate equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
• Work in hot/cold temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
