2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's team. As a crucial member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and preparing shipments for delivery. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Offer input for process improvements and assist in achieving operational goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
