2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the efficient selection, relocation, sorting, loading, and cleaning of merchandise in our warehouse. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of products delivered to our stores and, in turn, the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
