2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and efficient 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a valuable member of our warehouse staff, you will be responsible for handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment and reception.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and sanitation concerns.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate dedication to quality, safety, and teamwork.
• Adapt positively to challenges and strive for success.
• Organize tasks efficiently and act independently within responsibilities.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Perform basic arithmetic calculations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in variable temperatures and physically demanding environments.
