2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our warehouse employees work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving thorough training and safety programs to ensure success.

Position Type:

Part-Time

Average Hours:

Fewer than 30 hours per week

Starting Wage:

$25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Engage in various physical activities.
• Work in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
