2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at ALDI. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality goods. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a competitive starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in compliance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in varying warehouse conditions.
