2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the ALDI team. As a full-time employee, you will be expected to work 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM, and there are various schedule options available.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with colleagues and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and warehouse operations.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse and prepare for deliveries.
• Engage in various physical activities like sitting, standing, bending, reaching, etc.
• Work in varying temperatures including outdoor and refrigerator environments.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
