2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker! As a vital member of our warehouse operation, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and order. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to fulfill store orders effectively and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Cooperate with colleagues and warehouse leadership for effective communication and process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, operate machinery, and work in varying temperatures.
