2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi's warehouse team. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
