2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join the Aldi team. As a critical part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare shipments by strategically loading merchandise.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate, adapt positively to challenges, and drive for success.
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, frequently move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures and perform physical tasks throughout the warehouse.
