2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that merchandise is located, loaded, and prepared for shipment accurately and safely.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Follow safety guidelines and report any product quality or safety concerns.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and prepare for deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
