Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a crucial part of our operations, you will play a key role in receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise to fulfill orders efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining warehouse appearance standards, inventory management, and collaborating with peers and leadership to enhance processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties as required.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
