2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for receiving, relocating, sorting, loading, and unloading merchandise efficiently, as well as maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Attention to quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place product up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise within the warehouse.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate equipment safely.
