2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our expanding team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our ideal candidate should be committed, hardworking, and ready to contribute to our warehouse operations. This is a part-time position with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide suggestions to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and collaborate with warehouse management.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and adaptability.
• Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
