Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse staff, you will play a vital role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring timely shipments to our stores. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to enhance communication and efficiency.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this role.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
