2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Good communication and basic arithmetic skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
