Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will play a key role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. Our dedicated team members work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, receiving comprehensive training and safety programs to excel in their roles.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team and leadership
• Provide input for process improvements
• Inspect and report product quality and safety concerns
• Operate equipment safely and follow established procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures
• Excellent communication skills
• Aptitude for basic arithmetic and attention to detail

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds
• Operate powered industrial equipment
• Work in varying temperatures and environments
