2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to meet safety and appearance standards.
• Engage in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and assist in achieving budget goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report any quality, safety, or sanitation issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work both independently and in a team environment.
