2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and collaboration.
• Adaptable to challenges and changes.
• Driven for success and efficient in task execution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
