2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a critical part of our operations, you will play a key role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and assist with unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and collaborate with management on relevant issues.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively within a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
