2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a vital part of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Inspect product quality and safety, acting independently within the delegated responsibilities.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
