2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, with a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines and prepare for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership for effective communication and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
