2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations at our warehouse, including receiving and stocking merchandise, preparing shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and more.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and leadership for effective warehouse operations.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
