2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and cooperating with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude, collaboration, and efficiency.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and effectively.
