2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

Are you looking to join a dynamic team as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi? Our warehouse operations play a crucial role in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers to enjoy. This part-time position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week at a starting wage of $25.75 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely.

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment.
