3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting, loading, and unloading inventory. You will collaborate with peers and leadership to maintain warehouse standards and achieve company goals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently or in a team, and demonstrate key competencies outlined by ALDI Acts.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality, address safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to ergonomic and safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Follow ALDI Acts competencies: Conscientiousness, Collaboration, Positive Attitude, Drives for Success, and Organizes with Efficiency.
• Interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the warehouse.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
