3rd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: $22.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocates merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperates with peers and warehouse leadership for efficient operations.
• Provides input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspects product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Acts independently within the assigned responsibilities.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals and follows warehouse procedures.
• Operates equipment safely and reports issues.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Interprets and applies company policies, communicates effectively, and follows instructions accurately.
• High school diploma preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lifts and moves products up to 45 pounds, operates powered industrial equipment.
• Works in varying temperatures and is physically active.
