3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a 3rd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate. Working fewer than 30 hours per week, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations, ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, participating in a thorough training and safety program to develop the skills needed for success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect and report product quality, safety, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to interpret and apply company policies, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently and within a team.

Physical Requirements

Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, bend, reach, grip, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the warehouse. Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
