We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for supervising daily shipping schedules, overseeing product receipt, managing warehouse processes, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily shipping schedules and ensure inventory availability.
• Supervise product receipt and resolve any discrepancies.
• Manage warehouse processes to achieve efficiency and inventory goals.
• Lead inspections of inbound deliveries and order fulfillment.
• Provide administrative support and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Ensure compliance with company guidelines and safety standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
