We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse management, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of warehouse personnel.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for compliance.
• Develop action plans to enhance operational results.
• Train, motivate, and evaluate warehouse teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Address and resolve warehouse issues promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift heavy objects.
• Previous experience in warehouse management is preferred.
