Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Oversee product receiving, selection, shipping, and storage operations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operational results.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse personnel for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other departments and provide input for operational improvements.

Job Qualifications

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and ALDI Acts competencies.
• Ability to manage and motivate direct reports effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
