Job Description: 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor at Aldi

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 45 hours per week
Starting Salary: $85,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establish and modify daily work schedules considering warehouse needs.
• Oversee daily receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
• Monitor processes for inbound and outbound deliveries to ensure compliance.
• Develop action plans to improve operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Collaborate with other operational areas and communicate with management.
• Provide input to improve warehouse operations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Supervise and train warehouse personnel.
• Lead Warehouse Associate meetings and evaluate employee performance.
• Ensure a safe working environment and manage controllable expenses.

Physical Requirements:

• Work in varying temperatures
• Standing, sitting, bending, lifting, and walking throughout the warehouse
• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds at various heights
