3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join the team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold warehouse appearance and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect product quality and provide input to improve processes.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
