Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, in Denver, CO. As part of our exceptional team, you will play a crucial role in supervising and controlling resources to ensure the safe and timely loading/unloading of freight while maintaining service excellence for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading operations.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks based on schedules and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on excellence and collaboration.
• Additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in transportation or related field.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
