As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the timely, safe, and efficient loading and unloading of freight, ensuring the highest level of customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Ensure compliance with hazardous materials handling.
• Support a values-driven culture and collaborate within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in service center or transportation field.
• Supervisory experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
