Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight on assigned shifts.
- Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe vehicle operation.
- Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and provide training and feedback to workers.
- Ensure a clean, safe working environment and promote safe handling of hazardous materials.
- Support a values-driven culture focused on creativity, integrity, collaboration, growth, excellence, and wellness.
- Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Supervisory experience, service center, or transportation-related experience preferred. General knowledge of freight and proper handling techniques.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Other Requirements: Familiarity with freight handling techniques, imports, and exports.
