ABF Freight, a subsidiary of ArcBest, is actively seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As a critical member of our transportation and logistics company, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and safe loading and unloading of freight, maintaining high-quality service for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure proper load balance for safe operations.
• Assign tasks, coordinate work assignments, and monitor performance.
• Provide training, feedback, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on integrity, collaboration, and excellence.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in service center, transportation, or related fields.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
