ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As a Supervisor, Operations I, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and overseeing freight loading/unloading activities to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain proper load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and handle hazardous materials safely.
• Support a values-driven culture and work collaboratively to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience in transportation and supervisory role beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of proper freight handling techniques.
