Job Description

ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to join our team in Denver, CO. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling available resources to ensure the timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and efficient freight loading/unloading.
• Maintain proper load plans and balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, coordinate work assignments, and provide training and feedback to team members.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and adherence to proper freight handling practices.
• Support a positive and values-driven team culture focused on excellence and collaboration.
• Additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in transportation or related fields.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of freight handling techniques.
