Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager to execute the market access business plan for Epidiolex in the State of New York. This role involves building relationships with providers, educating them on payer policies, and ensuring patient access to Epidiolex. The Access and Reimbursement Manager will collaborate with various internal teams to achieve targeted objectives and maintain compliance while addressing patient-specific issues.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Analyze data and develop action plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with providers and accounts.
• Educate providers on access services and ensure understanding of prior authorization requirements.
• Resolve patient-specific issues and collaborate with regional sales teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree with at least 5 years of pharma or medical device experience.
• Account management and reimbursement experience preferred.
• Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Additional Information

• Extensive travel required.
