Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dedicated team at the Corporate Office in Murrieta. This is a full-time position with immediate availability.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
  • Review invoices and check requests for completeness, proper documentation, and coding.
  • Maintain and update Excel reports, including monthly closing spreadsheets.
  • Manage vendor files, address inquiries, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in generating monthly reports and performing account analysis as required.
  • Support accounting department with additional tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrates dependability, a strong work ethic, and professionalism.
