Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join our dedicated team at the Corporate Office in Murrieta. This is a full-time position with immediate availability.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, resolving any discrepancies efficiently.
- Review invoices and check requests for completeness, proper documentation, and coding.
- Maintain and update Excel reports, including monthly closing spreadsheets.
- Manage vendor files, address inquiries, and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Assist in generating monthly reports and performing account analysis as required.
- Support accounting department with additional tasks as needed.
Ideal Candidate
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrates dependability, a strong work ethic, and professionalism.
