We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Domino's Pizza in Pensacola, Florida. As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining organization and efficiency within our franchise operations. Key Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support through various administrative tasks such as business writing and bookkeeping.
- Manage employee files and assist in the hiring process.
- Ensure exceptional customer interactions to drive satisfaction and positive reviews.
- Handle calendar management and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Conduct industry research and uphold documentation standards.
- Maintain office inventory and supplies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Full-time availability 35-40 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday 9-5, Saturday 10-3.
- Proficiency in organizational skills, communication, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
