We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team at Domino's Pizza in Pensacola, Florida. As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining organization and efficiency within our franchise operations. This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will have the opportunity to interact with employees and customers, manage calendars, conduct research, and oversee office inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support through various administrative tasks such as business writing and bookkeeping.
  • Manage employee files and assist in the hiring process.
  • Ensure exceptional customer interactions to drive satisfaction and positive reviews.
  • Handle calendar management and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Conduct industry research and uphold documentation standards.
  • Maintain office inventory and supplies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Full-time availability 35-40 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday 9-5, Saturday 10-3.
  • Proficiency in organizational skills, communication, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
