Job Description

We are seeking an efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team at Domino's Pizza in Pensacola, Florida. As the backbone of our operations, you will be responsible for providing clerical support, managing employee files, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling correspondence, conducting research, and maintaining office inventory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support including business writing and bookkeeping.
  • Manage employee files and participate in the hiring process.
  • Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and positive reviews.
  • Handle calendar management and correspondence.
  • Conduct industry research and maintain documentation standards.
  • Manage office inventory and supplies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Full-time availability (35-40 hours per week).
  • Proficiency in organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills.
  • Professionalism, adaptability, confidentiality, and a thirst for knowledge.
