Agronomy Applicator/Truck Driver

Job Description

We are hiring an Agronomy Applicator/Truck Driver at Superior Ag Resources Cooperative Inc. This full-time position involves the precise application of crop nutrients and protection products, as well as the maintenance of custom application vehicles, equipment, and facilities. The ideal candidate should be mechanically-inclined, enjoy working outdoors, and have experience operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Blend and apply fertilizers and chemicals accurately following recommendations.
• Maintain machinery and facilities to ensure optimal working condition.
• Complete necessary logs, reports, and inventory checks.
• Promote business and provide quality customer service.
• Operate vehicles safely and comply with regulations and guidelines.
• Assist and train seasonal employees.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Prior experience is a plus but not required.
