Job Description

We are hiring an Assistant Retail Manager to join Aldi, where you will play a crucial role in managing store activities, improving operational results, and leading a team to provide excellent customer service. This full-time position offers competitive compensation starting at $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Provide leadership to direct reports, setting job expectations and fostering teamwork.
  • Identify and address training opportunities to improve employee performance.
  • Monitor market trends and suggest product improvements to maintain competitiveness.
  • Participate in the hiring process and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain inventory, ensure store cleanliness, and optimize stock levels for sales.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to drive team performance.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, personnel costs, and operational expenses.
